Inspection also carried out in canteens or food stalls in terminal. Personnel check the food quality and sanitation.

"Health inspection for canteen snacks also becomes our concern to ensure the food is safe for consumption. Including sanitation, especially wastewater drainage and clean water," he mentioned.

Health protocol implementation for preventing Covid-19 transmission also became one of the main points of the inspection for Healthy Terminal Award assessment.

According to him, health protocols have been implemented well in terminal area, from 3M implementation, availability of health support facilities, and regular disinfectant spraying.

"If health protocol is the most important thing in the midst of Covid-19 pandemic, in our assessment, we don't find any obstacles, everything is going well for passengers. Everything is carried out strictly, everyone should wear mask, wash hands, and maintain their distance," he explained.

He would make innovations in order to improve health protocols implementation at terminal, by instructing terminal personnel to clean the area every 1-2 hours.

"Every 1-2 hours, we will sound some kind of siren or gong. All personnel in the area are required to clean up when the siren sounds. I will implement it in the near future," he conveyed.
